Q. What time can we move in and what time do we need to move out?
A. Mave-in time is 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival unless we notify you in advance that you can arrive earlier. You need to move out by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. This gives our cleaning person enough time to thoroughly clean the condo.

Q. When do we get our security deposit back?
A. We mail you your security deposit as soon as we receive the keys back from you in the mail.

Q. How can we receive mail at the condo?
A. If you wish to receive mail at the condo, just let us know and we will be sure you have a mailbox key. The address is 1023 Anglers Cove E-405, Marco Island, FL 34145. You should also stop by the Marco Island Post Office after you arrive and let them know you will be receiving mail at this address. It is a small-town post office and they will be happy to assist you.

Q. What do we do if we encounter a problem while renting the condo (such as a plugged toilet, air-conditioner not working, etc.).
A. Please email us at jane@bcthomes.com and/or call Jane at 847-489-3722. We make every effort to assure that everything is in tip-top shape, however, occasionally a problem can occur. We have local tradespeople to do repairs and a local representative to meet them so your vacation won't be disrupted. It is very rare for a problem to occur.

Q. If your condo is so nice, why don't you go there yourselves?
A. We do. We were there most of Dec., and are going again in April.
